Each Sunday, except on communion Sunday, during the 11 am service, a children’s sermon is presented. All of the children are asked to come down to the front for a brief special message. Once the children’s sermon is done, the children will follow an adult leader to the fellowship hall where their Journey with Jesus will begin. Journey with Jesus is a special time for children to learn about Jesus and his love. After a brief period of worshiping together in the sanctuary, the children go to the Fellowship Hall or classroom for their own worship time. We teach the children what the adults are doing in the “big church” so they learn how to worship God, and the children study Bible stories from both the Old and New Testaments. They have snacks, make crafts, and participate in fun activities. It is important that our children know Christ, and how much he loves each one of them. We hope you will join us as we come together to worship and grow as a family in the body of Christ.
